Lucy's provides overseas delivery for:

Hong Kong, Macau, China, Tailand, Singapore and Malaysia countries.

How to buy:

Paying Method: Credit Card
Depends on the recipient's address, we will use S.F. Express for your shipping.
Please provide the NAME and ADRESS of the recipient in English.
Your order will be delivered within 20-35 days depends on your counrty and distance.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Lucy's has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cuase delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Shipping Notice:

Please provide the name on the passport or your actual name. If the package is not delivered successfully since the information of recipient was incorrect.
Then the order will be canceled.
We will inform you via SHOP and CUSTOMER COMMENTS when the package shipped. You can check the shipping status by using AWB NO. on SF-Exprss tracking system.
When the package returned to us, your refund will be turned inta a "STORE CREDITS" for your next purchase at Lucy's. (Freight not included.) Once the refund process settled, our team will inform you by SHOP and CUSTOMER COMMENTS.
If you request to resend the package, you need to afford the freight.

※ Important notice:

If the delivery failed too many times and we also did not get any reply from you, some of the carriers will not longer return the parcel to us, and also there will be no refund for you.

After-Sales Service:

Lucy's DO NOT provide return and exchange service for the overseas customers. If you received incorrect items or defective products, please contact our customer service team and send us photos of the products within 10 days. Once your request has been approved,the refund will be turned into a "STORE CREDIT" for your next purchase at Lucy's.
Lucy's will do strictly quality-control and pack carefully for your orders. Please enjoy your purchase.
